This document sets out the official rules relating to opening an account, depositing and withdrawing funds, claiming bonuses, and playing on the m39 platform. By using this service, you agree to comply with these terms.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between m39 Online Casino Platform ("Service" or "Platform") and every player ("User") who uses it. 2.3 — Closure of Unauthorised Accounts

If m39 finds that a player is using the platform in any of the following ways, m39 has the right to close the account immediately and withhold any pending withdrawals—

  • Opening multiple accounts under different names (multi-accounting)
  • Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities
  • Actions carried out for the purpose of abusing bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
  • Fraud or money laundering
  • Allowing a third party to play on the account

Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

3.1 — Deposit Policy

  • Every deposit must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as your m39 account.
  • Deposits from a third party's payment account are not permitted. If this is detected, the funds may be returned and the account may be reviewed.
  • If a deposit has been received but the amount is incorrect, please notify us immediately via 24/7 Live Chat.
  • The minimum deposit per transaction is 20,000 Ks. Any deposit below this amount will be automatically rejected by the system.

3.2 — Withdrawal Policy

  • Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
  • All withdrawals can only be transferred to the payment account registered to your m39 account.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks.
  • Withdrawals are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Processing may take longer due to verification procedures.
  • If a bonus has an incomplete wagering requirement, winnings associated with that bonus cannot be withdrawn yet.
  • m39 reserves the right to delay suspicious withdrawals for investigation.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at m39, you can receive a 100% Welcome Bonus of up to 500,000 Ks. For example—

  • Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 20,000 Ks, giving you a total balance of 40,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks.
  • Deposit 1,020,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 1,520,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks.
Wagering Requirement: You must wager the bonus amount 25 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Withdrawals that include bonus funds cannot be processed until this requirement is met.

4.2 — General Bonus Policy

  • The specific terms of each individual bonus are as stated in that bonus's announcement.
  • Each account may receive the Welcome Bonus once only.
  • If m39 finds that a bonus has been used abusively, m39 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
  • Bonus wagering may be kept active until your own deposited funds (deposit) have been wagered first before the withdrawal is processed.
  • m39 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.

4.3 — VIP Cashback Rewards

Players can earn weekly cashback across m39's three VIP tiers—

  • Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

To move up VIP levels, you need to play regularly and stay active on the platform. There is no separate wagering requirement for cashback.

Game Rules and Fairness

5.1 — Game Policy

Every game on the m39 platform runs on an RNG (Random Number Generator) and a Live Dealer System that connects directly with players. m39 commits to fair play—

  • No player can control the outcomes.
  • Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities will result in disqualification.
  • Game results are independently verified, so m39 has no involvement in them.

5.2 — Prohibited Actions

All players are prohibited from the following—

  • Using any software tool that automates odds calculation
  • Attempting to hack into the platform's system
  • Claiming to know game exploits and sharing that information
  • Selling data collected from the platform to third parties
  • Playing as part of a coordinated group while claiming to play alone

5.3 — Responsible Gaming

Liability Limitations and Termination

  • Losses resulting from actions taken by the player that compromised their own account

7.2 — Terms Violations and Account Closure

If m39 finds that a player has violated these Terms—

  1. m39 has the right to close the account immediately without prior notice.
  2. Bonuses and winnings earned during the period of the violation may be forfeited.
  3. Only the original deposit amount played in good faith may be refunded, and only after an investigation is completed.

7.3 — Terms Updates and Contact

m39 may update these Terms at any time and will announce changes on the platform. Continued use of the platform is considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
